EPP automotive components mold as known as EPP automotive mold or EPS car element mold.

EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) has excellent energy absorption properties lending itself ideally to the manufacture of safety critical components including bumper cores and head and knee impact protection improving both occupant and pedestrian safety.

Lightweight, EPP is used to reduce vehicle mass in applications such as; luggage spacers, tool pods, lightweight brackets and floor levelling systems. EPP dunnage can also be found throughout the automotive industry helping to reduce supply line damage.
